Our full service capabilities provide us the opportunity to fully personalize your order in a variety of ways. We accept contract embroidery work on orders of all sizes using one of our designs or yours. Embroidery is a great way to promote your company or organization and Life’s a Stitch will help you to pick from our hundreds of readily available items the perfect garment or accessory on which to stitch your individual mark. Shipping charges are additional whether billed directly to your carrier account or ours. Damage that occurs in shipping must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt. Every effort will be made to make sure that all orders arrive in perfect condition.Sales TaxApplicable New York Sales taxes will be added to all purchases made by state residents and businesses.
Order Delays/Back Orders
We will work with you personally and to your satisfaction should we encounter any stock shortages or delays.Returns/ExchangesMistakes rarely happen, but when they do, we will stand behind our commitment to quality and high standards. All purchases are final, but we will “make right” on any item that falls short of these quality standards.

Life’s a Stitch Embroidery does not collect any personal information from users other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given through direct communication. We do not disclose buyer information to any third parties or store any information for purposes outside the ordering and sales process.
